The Desert Rose Resort is set in landscaped gardens, with its own private beach, and sits between desert mountains and the Red Sea. It features 608 guestrooms over two floors, which are classically decorated with rich fabrics. All include balconies, air conditioning, minibars, satellite television, direct-dial telephones, video-games consoles, safes and hair dryers. Guests can head to the private sandy beach, take a dip in one of the outdoor pools, enjoy a drink and dance at the Disco Bar or order a snack from the all-hours room service. Children are well catered with a safe pool area, playground, and activities at the supervised kids' club. There are daily activities and entertainment every evening, or guests can relax in the on-site spa, with its steam room, hot tub, sauna, massage treatments, a beauty and hair salon and a fitness centre.
